I try to, but sometimes my focus is on the deadline rather than on a break! | | | | Novian Cahyadi (X) Local time: 22:24 | Involuntarily | Jun 30, 2025 |
When I got tired, I tend to stretch my arms, legs, and back while still being at my desk. Just probably my body being on autopilot.

I usually try to walk my dog or talk with my family. Sometimes, I watch a YouTube video, or listen to a podcast or a song. | | | | Le Zhang Çin Local time: 23:24 Üye (2021) İngilizce > Çince + ...
I just can't sit still for more than an hour, so I get up frequently, visiting the bathroom, the fridge, or the dog. And I stroll for a short while in my courtyard. I skip rope every day for 30 minutes as exercise. | | | | CasaPhil İspanya Local time: 17:24 Üye İngilizce > Fransızca + ... | Summer workout routine | Jul 1, 2025 |
Walk both indoors and outdoors for about 36 meters with my own legs, swim for about 36 meters, half of it 1.5 meter deep, then 36 other meters walking back drenched and spilling water everywhere, with a pit stop at the fridge to drink cold water.
Then work.
When I am dry again, often less than 30 minutes later, I repeat the process.
I also have aircon, which I use on special occasions only, e.g. when I'm too lazy to move my bottom.
