Kaynak metin - İngilizce The zoning plan of the region has been completed in 1989 with the latest additional zoning plan. The described area of Turgutreis County in the Zoning Plan is 400 hectares, but the Municipality authorities stated that 20% of this area is empty at present, and there may be only an additional 10% increase in the middle – long term.
Population projection has been done within the scope of the project, and gross water requirement has been calculated by considering the population data obtained, water consumption per person and water losses. Water requirement values have been used as the basis for the water production capacity, and as a result of this, the amount of water to be billed has been determined. The amount of water to be billed is listed below (between 2009 – 2053).

Turgutreis mevkiinin İmar Planı’nda tanımlı alanı 400 hektar olmakla beraber hâlihazır durumda bu alanın % 20’sinin boş olduğu ve orta - uzun vadede bu alana ilave olarak ancak %10 bir artışın yaşanabileceği Belediye yetkilileri tarafından belirtilmiştir.
Proje kapsamında nüfus projeksiyonu gerçekleştirilmiş, elde edilen nüfus değerleri, kişi başı su tüketim değerleri ve su kayıpları hesaba katılarak gross su ihtiyacı hesaplanmıştır. Su ihtiyacı değerleri su üretim kapasitelerine temel teşkil etmiş ve sonuç olarak ücretlendirilecek su miktarları belirlenmiştir. Ücretlendirilecek su miktarları aşağıda sunulmuştur (2009–2053 yılları arası).
