La indicación de esta biopsia fue:
PSA mayor de 10 ng/ml o ángulo prostatoseminal no conservado.
I can't find much on this subject, have guessed so far: a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level greater than 10 ng/ml or an unpreserved prostatoseminal angle.
But as I can't find that in English I assume I'm wrong.

I´m not sure how to say it in English, but in Spanish "conservado" usually means something like "within the normal shape/ size" and "no conservado" the opposite, thus the indication for the biopsy seems to be either the PSA or that issue with the "angle".
