Si no es "consulta" como en "consulta de saldo" o "consulta de números", que implica una búsqueda, entonces puedes usar "inquiry into", que implica que lo que se hace es leer cada Acuerdo para usarlo como base en una decisión, pero por como está armada la frase, creo que se refiere a "consultar" ("ver") cuáles son los acuerdos emitidos, más que consultar el contenido de dichos acuerdos.
