Çeviri - İngilizce The aromatase deficiency and aromatase gene mutation were first defined in 1995 at a male subject as an autosomal recessive disorder. Eight new male subjects were reported between the years 1995 and 2010. The deficiency of aromatase is a rare syndrome resulting in decreased estrogen synthesis due to aromatase dysfunction as a consequence of CYP19A1 gene mutation. The effects of estrogen other than reproductive system on both male and female subjects have recently been discovered while its effect on female reproductive system being known for many years. In the past decade, it has been focused on the effects of estrogen on particularly male reproductive system. Growth and bone maturation during puberty depend on androgen in both genders and androgen is converted into estrogen in males in the presence of aromatase. During puberty, the estrogen level is increased with an increased level of androgen resulted in bone maturation and ossification of epiphyseal cartilages. Delayed epiphyseal closure, onychoid body structure, osteopenia and osteoporosis disorders are developed during aromatase deficiency syndrome in both genders resulting from estrogen deficiency.

My name isSerhan Baran Elmacıoğluand I am a mechanical engineer. I graduated from Uludag University in Turkey and shortly afterwards I moved to the UKthen I accomplished my English education at St. Giles International London Central. Since then I have been working as a freelance translator, proofreader and subtitler. In addition, I am a sworn English to Turkish translator authorised by the Gemlik 1st Notary Public in Turkey. Mainly, I translate from English to Turkish (my native language).
