On the other hand, it should be known that the game phenomenon has been an important factor for the development of the humankind since the ancient times. Source text - Turkish Geçerli vize süresi içerisinde veya yasal izinli olunan süre içerisinde yapılan ikamet izni başvurularının neticelenmesi, bu gibi vize veya yasal izin sürelerinin sona ermesinden sonraya kalması halinde, başvuran, başvuru neticeleninceye değin, ancak her durumd başvurudan itibaren en fazla doksan güne kadar ülkede yetkili makamlardan izinli olarak bulunmuş sayılır. Doksan günlük süre içerisinde başvuru sahibi, başvuru sırasında kendisine verilen alındı belgesini ibraz etmek suretiyle ceza ödemeksizin ülkeden çıkış ve ülkeye giriş yapmakta serbesttir.
Translation - English In the event that the conclusion of the residence permit applications filed within the valid visa period or within the legally permitted period remain until after the expiry of such visa or legally permitted periods, the applicant shall be considered by the competent authorities, authorized to stay in the country until the conclusion of the application, but in any case, up to ninety days from the date of application. Within the ninety days period, the applicant is free to leave and enter the country without paying a penalty by presenting the receipt issued to him during the application.
