Hi All,
This is my first time organizing this meeting in Durham celebrating the International Translation Day. Translators and others are most welcome to attend. Durham has many attractions to see by the way. Place of meeting has been confirmed to be Brown Sugar. Travelodge and other hotels are a few minutes walk to the centre.

I know the people that run the Almshouses restaurant on Palace Green by the Cathedral. It's very good. I could ask if they could host our group? Look forward to meeting you all.

Hi Caitlin,
I really like you make arrangement with Almshouses restautrant. I don't know it. I actually don't know many places in Durham though I have been here for nearly one year. But, do you mean that we will meet for a meal? I thought it is just for some drinks only. It depends on other guests, if they like it or not. Anyway, I'm looking for suggestions from other guests.

Just drinks is fine - were you intending to meet in the afternoon or evening? Let me know nearer the time when we know how many people to expect and what time everyone can make it.
