I assume it should read "cardiorrespiratorio" but it doesn't seem to be associated with any noun, hence the difficulty.

I know this is subtle but as long as there is nothing in the original I would go for "unremarkable" rather than WNL ("normal", "within normal limits"). The assumption that there is "nothing to note" does not necessarily imply that cardiorespiratory assessment is "normal".
