In this instance, 'intensité' may, I believe, be best: these sorts of things are often abbreviated to 'I', so it keeps it logical.

I think when we are talking, even just notionally, about current VALUES, then the notion of 'valuer d'intensité' (and the fact that these are often denoted by 'I') sits better in FR — and as Schtroumpf so rightly points out, this neatly sidesteps the issue of repetition.
