Actually, confidence only "High". Coming before a sum in euros, this is a bit unusual.

As Marco's question hints at, the first number may be interpreted to mean "Total including VAT", and the second "Total excluding VAT".
In this case I would suggest "Header (total including VAT): 140.00 EUR (total excluding VAT): 123.10 (EUR)"
This would make the VAT percentage about 12% by my recloning, which seems a strange number.
