Thanks. I ought to have spelled out the stylsitically awkward and mediocre translation of 'financed (and?) charged to' translation, but made too many assumptions of a non-grating wording.

: I agree with Robert, and even if it is "charged to" the program(me), insofar as the program(me) pays for it, I think there are more natural ways to say this in English (funded or financed by/under...)
