Document directing a witness to appear to answer questions under oath. The notice includes a time and place where the examination is to occur and is sent to all parties in a lawsuit so that everyone involved has been given notice of the event.
I am seeking a better translation than my own two suggestions, I'm not entirely happy with either of my attempts below:
"Aufforderung eine Mündliche Zeugenaussage gemäß Regel 30 (b) (6) abzugeben".
or
"eine Ladung eidesstattlichen Erklärung gemäß Regel 30 (b) (6) abzugeben"

| Sorry, it is a deposition which is taking place in UK but the Notice of deposition is pursuant to US law. So I suppose "Zeugenladung" is the translation I was seeking. |
