Even for those responsible for protecting human rights, it is very difficult to maintain and respect the rule of law when members of the Mexican president’s family seems to be involved, along with his personal friends and other obscure characters who also cause much damage, all with the backing of nepotism that can only be come about (or: come to fruition) through membership of the Ruiz family.
