German term

vorcoaching und nachcoaching

German to English Other Psychology Coachings
The customer not only offers the coaching on a specific day, but does some advance work in the coaching (contacts client and interviews them before the planned date). Then when the coaching is done they do a follow up.

Not quite sure if I should say advanced, pre coaching.

Follow-up coaching might sound alright.

How about ... ... some context such as the source sentence or paragraph in which these terms are used? You will have noticed that any attempt at answering your question is pure guesswork absent any such information.

Free Exploratory Coaching Session
The exploratory session is designed to help you experience coaching and to allow us to learn more about each other. Not every coach and client pairing is necessarily a good fit. Coaching niche, experience, style and personality can affect the coaching process greatly. To ensure that I am the coach that you are looking for, I like to have a free coaching session before you purchase my services.

warm(-)up/warming up (coaching) and moving on

I haven't the foggiest idea whether this is appropriate to the complete lack of context, but apeals to me because, a) there's a humorous relationship to sports; and b) the second suggestion indicates the coaching was successful.
