I know that D.O.P. is 'Protected Designation of Origin' but I would appreciate some help with the order of the words.

Valencia PDO Wine
Valencian PDO Wine, etc.
'DOP Valencia/Vino de la DOP Valencia' appears a lot in my text and any suggestions about how to word it would be greatly appreciated. I don't really like 'Valencian', which I could use in this case, but it would be difficult if the wine came from a different region, like El Priorat, for example. It would be nice to have a neat translation that could be used for wine, cheese or any other product from any PDO in Spain.

Wines with the Valencia PDO

From doing a few Google searches, I would be inclined to say something along the lines of "wine(s) with the Valencia PDO". I wouldn't use "of" or "from", because although you're talking about wines from Valencia, it's specifically referring to wines that have the designation of origin classification, i.e. "with" the PDO.
In the link below to the European Parliamentary questions, you can see that "Valencia D.O.P." is referred to as "the Valencia protected designation of origin", and the link with the entry from the EU's E-Bacchus database shows it registered as "Wine with a protected designation of origin (PDO)". Therefore, I would opt for "wine with Valencia PDO" or similar. This could then also be applied to other products, e.g. something like "X cheese with Y PDO".
