French term

étincelage, fulguration

French to English Medical Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright patent
I have this enumeration in a medical patent. Apparently they stand for the same thing and both translate as 'fulguration' in English.

Could anyone provide an English for 'étincelage' that's different from fulguration, so I can still translate as two distinct words?
