Und: Ob die Stelle nun innerbetrieblich ist/sein muss, halte ich noch nicht für geklärt. Also: "unabhängige Schlichtungsstelle" möchte ich hier spekulativ zur Debatte stellen, bei so vielen kompetenteren Leuten.
