Entiendo el término "establecimiento" como todo lo relativo a ubicarse en y/o llegar a una vivienda y lo traduje así:
"...alimony which shall be enforced as of the execution of the present agreement formalized through the corresponding public deed, and will be destined exclusively for education, upbringing and settling, in god faith and to the best of the mother’s knowledge."
Por favor díganme si es correcta mi interpretación, la traducción del término, y si hay algo mas que deba corregirse, por favor, procedan.
