Spanish term

el no recurso a

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
Hello. From a credit rating report on a solar module manufacturer that also builds and manages solar plants:

Going into UK English.

Thanks for your help
Simon

non-recourse to

Although David's option is valid, I've translted this many times in the past and am positive that this is the preferred phrase.

Definition of 'Non-Recourse Debt'
A type of loan that is secured by collateral, which is usually property. If the borrower defaults, the issuer can seize the collateral, but cannot seek out the borrower for any further compensation, even if the collateral does not cover the full value of the defaulted amount. This is one instance where the borrower does not have personal liability for the loan.
