In a divorce document, this is the designation for someone who is also a an "Urkundsbeamtin" i.e. Clerk of the Court. Hard as I try, I cannot find anywhere any useful hints about this particular position, let alone its translation. Any help out there before you know it off for the weekend? Thanks in advance.

Mr./Mrs. Official Investigating Proctor (entitled to intervene in the suit)
after knowing, going or showing off for the weekend, I think that, even if the title is not a typo for Amtsinspektor/in im Justizdienst - pace His Honour Claus S. - it is highly likely from the context to be a (Government) Official entitled to intervene in a divorce case to make sure there is no cover-up or 'monkey business' in the same way in England & Wales as the Queen's Proctor (King's Proctor on Prince Charles's accession to the throne) can intervene to stop a divorce decree nisi/prov. decree being made absolute/final.
The coincidence of being an Urkundsbeamtin may be a red herring and hardly german(e) to the question.

Example sentence:
In petitions of divorce, or for declaration of nullity of marriage, the Queen's Proctor may, under direction of the Attorney General, intervene in the suit

Discussion
"XXX, Justizinspektorin als Urkundsbeamter der Geschäftsstelle" would typically appear just above the heading URTEIL or BESCHLUSS of a German Court order or judgment.
"located in *Oberpfland*, Germany": does not exist. Another typo? OberPFALZ?
District Court (Landgericht) ? Highly improbable if this is a German divorce case, as only Amtsgerichte (Familiengerichte) are competent for family matters (appeal: Oberlandesgericht).
Do you have the case number of the Court's decision (something like 36 F 123/09 ?) If it contains an "F", it is a family case before a Local Court = Amtsgericht (Familiengericht), "UF" being the appeal instance = Oberlandesgericht.
If the letter is "C", it's a normal civil case before an Amtsgericht, if it's "O", the same before a Landgericht, "U" designating the Oberlandesgericht as appeal instance.
(I should know, having been a Judge of the German Supreme Court -BGH-, Senate for Family Matters, for 15 years)
