A modo de simple enumeración se mencionaron algunas en el inicio de este fallo, y se le agregan los múltiples intentos por abusar de instituciones jurídicas con fines ajenos al su ejercicio cabal, como recursos de apelación inoportunamente interpuestos en plena tramitación de primera instancia de un juicio verbal sumario que sólo soporta apelación del auto que niega el trámite, y de la sentencia; o de peticiones de la accionada para abrir espacios y trabarlos con incidentes; o revocatorias, y su persistencia en ellas cuando se las negaba, amparadas en firmas de distintos profesionales del derecho con el obvio propósito de evitar sanciones; ó hasta el mismo hecho de haber enjuiciado con recusaciones, literalmente a la mayoría de los jueces que estuvieron al frente del proceso.
