Spanish term

marque (in context)

Non-PRO Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) contract for company domiciliation services
What would be the most appropriate translation of marque in the following sentence?

"El coste de los servicios adicionales prestados por XXXX que no figuran en este contrato, se fijarán según la tarifa vigente que marque la empresa en cada momento."

Thanks in advance.

"shall be fixed in accordance with the price set..at any time" "set" so as not to repeat "fixed".

This is the subjunctive of "marcar" so can be translated using the present simple for a contract.
