I am not interested to read the forum.

While you have some valid points, however, I wouldn’t jump to conclusions when I have no information on the nature of passages being translated.

I promise to pay more attention to the context.
Nesrin Oct 30, 2010:
Thank you... You may be interested to read one of the many, many forum threads in which fellow translators bemoaned context-less questions http://www.proz.com/forum/kudoz/138392-tired_of_askers_not_p... .
There is no such thing as no context.. In your question on الاحلال التلقائي (and many others) it is not possible to say that all you have is الاحلال التلقائي.. The term came up in a certain type of document, surrounded by something (not necessarily text, maybe images, maybe a table, etc.), maybe there's a story to tell on how it came written as an isolated term on a shred of paper. All this is context.

But in any case, simply *responding* to requests for context is considered common courtesy.
ISU2010 (asker) Oct 30, 2010:
Not providing the context, as sometimes requested by the participants, does not necessarily indicate that I have ignored these requests. I have provided contexts when I had them.
Nesrin Oct 28, 2010:
True but.. Of course we require the overall context (it's what we've repeatedly asked you to provide in previous questions, but unfortunately you ignored all our requests (see your question on الاحلال التلقائي e.g, to mention one)...
My issue here is not about context, it's about ASKING for one term at a time, while still providing context.
So in this case, your question would be, for example, about: المخصصات المالية
while in the explanation field you would write: ادراج المخصصات المالية اللازمة للمشروع بالميزابية العامة
If you have problems with other terms in that sentence, you would post additional questions. These are the rules of the site, not my own rules... for the reasons I mentioned above/ below.
If you look at other questions posted by colleagues, you will get the idea.
ISU2010 (asker) Oct 28, 2010:
Sometimes this is not possible as translation requires the overall context.
Nesrin Oct 17, 2010:
Dear ISU Please stick to the Kudoz rules and only post one term per question. Assuming that in this case اللازمة للمشروع بالميزانية العامة didn't really cause you much problems, you could have posted إدراج المخصصات المالية as your term, with the rest of the sentence in the Explanation field. The rules are there not only to prevent abuse, but to have meaningful glossaries in Kudoz (1 glossary entry = 1 term). Thank you.

agree Akram Darwish : I would suggest "provision" instead of allocated sums as I came across tens of balance sheets and budgets using this term - Good luck

To include the allocation of funds necessary for the project in the general budget

I understand this to be a recommendation possibly following a review of a draft budget or as guidelines for budget prepration.
