Medical
I have a few other such shortened forms of nouns appearing in the medical reports which are primarily related with billing.
1. Abr.-Art
2. Vers. - Art
Both the terms may be translated as "type of ----"
I was wondering if Abr stands for the type of room in the hospital. Just a guess there. may be wrong! Vers, I suspect is Versorgung. Also could be the "type of medical care", if I am right.
Below these two terms I see what is "V.-status." Does 'V' have a special significance?

Versorgung
Vers. is a very common abreviation for "Versicherung" but could also be the short term for "Versorgungs"-Art; it really depends on the context!
