However, I contacted my client and he told me that what the accountants do is have the shares stop being subject to a very high tax regime to a fixed, low one. As a matter of fact, this already happened and my client earned a success fee. |

: In this particular context I'd put 'REclassification of ...', since it's about changing the existing classification to end up paying less tax overall.
