es una especie de 'crêpe' que se suele hacer en Rusia, Ucrania y otros países del este de Europa. No estoy muy seguro si en inglés es 'blini' o 'blitz'. Me he encontrado con las dos definiciones. Necesito saber en cualquier caso cómo sería en inglés de América. Gracias!

: Yes, both terms are used in the US--I think the Yiddish variant "blintz" is probably slightly more common.

Discussion
Obviously, "blintz" is more associated with Jewish foods, while "blini" is more associated with direct Russian/Ukraine roots. And Google be damned, I think you're more likely to find people familiar with blintzes among a broader range of the population, as they are a common menu item at inexpensive family restaurants of the "24-hour breakfast" model--International House of Pancakes, Denny's, etc.
