Hola, quizá suene obvia mi pregunta, pero no me cierra light food para decir lo mismo que lo que comida light significa en español, al menos en Argentina le llamamos así a la comida reducida en calorías o grasas o azúcares.

You can also use "diet food" or "low-cal" food. Keep in mind that "light food" can refer to food that is naturally easy to eat and digest, and not necessarily what one would eat while on a diet. For example, whipped cream can be described as light because of its texture and taste, but it is by no means low fat!
