From a report describing various marketing operations for a large patisserie chain that appears to be addressed to the staff/managers of their various outlets, e.g. they will be running a promotion on mini macaroons.
I was thinking of "product supervisors" for "moniteurs produits" but then "service supervisors" sounds a bit odd; any suggestions welcome.

this would certainly differentiate it from the product supervisor/manager anyway, and a 'service' is often translated as 'department' ...

If that fits, product representatives sounds good IMO. I do not think moniteur implies supervisor.

Product managers and (customer) service managers
(1) the term "product manager" is more common than supervisor, It involves the management, across the firm, of all aspects affecting his particular product (advertising, production, packaging, distribution, pricing etc)
(2) Service managers also exist in many firms. Most oftern there is a qualifying adjective such as "customer service manager" "full service manager" "guest service manager etc". In your case, the client seems happy with just the word "service" - and I would tend to leave it that way.
