ANTICIPO DE LEGITIMA DE BIEN MUEBLE - ANTICIPANTE - ANTICIPADO

Non-PRO Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) SUCCESSION LAW
Este en un documento por el que una Madre en vida (Anticipante) entrega a su hijo (Anticipado) una suma de dinero. Quisiera saber cómo traducir:

ANTICIPO DE LEGITIMA DE BIEN MUEBLE, Y

ANTICIPANTE Y ANTICIPADO

Discussion

Wilsonn Perez Reyes Apr 5, 2019:
Esto es porque el anticipo no es más que una donación:
anticipo de herencia/donación entre vivos/donación en vida = inter vivos gift
Referencia: West III, T. (2012) Spanish-English Dictionary of Law and Business 2e. Chattanooga: Intermark.

Si bien, "anticipo de herencia" también se puede traducir como: "advance on the inheritance".
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

An advance is simply that – an advance on the inheritance they will receive one day and will reduce what is received after you're gone. Finally, a gift does not have to be repaid and is over and above any inheritance you leave behind. Be sure to document the loans or advances so that these amounts are tracked.

anticipante (de la legítima) = donor/grantor of the advance (on the legitime)
anticipado (de la legítima) = beneficiary of the advance (on the legitime)

Donación de suma de dinero en vía de anticipo de legítima = gift of sum of money as an advance on the legitime

No other way to put it - less formal first option, more formal second!
