Cannot install SP4

Hi fellow Transit users,

I installed Transit NXT both under Windows 7 and Windows XP (running in Parallels Desktop Mac), which went fine.

When I try to install Service Pack 4 I get an error message 'Configuration data load error'.

How can I install the Service Pack?

Support told me to download the full package with SP2_4 included.
