Issues with term verification in Trados 2022

I recently installed Trados 2022, and there seem to be some issues with the term recognition

The term appears twice in the source segment. And the target segment contains the term from the term base twice.

But I keep getting the following error message:

Target segment does not contain the translated term for "X"

What can I do to fix this?

Hi Brent,

Have you tried installing Trados 2022 SR1 and MultiTerm 2022 SR1? Doing so helped my wife fix a MultiTerm error today. I know that term recognition is a Studio feature, but still ... you might wish to give this a try.

It seemed to help a bit when I first did it. But ever since I installed Trados 2022, term verification has not been working properly or consistently.

If I check the "Terminology verifier" box and run verification, no errors are reported. Next time I open the project settings, the box is unchecked again. I had to restart Trados so that the box would stay checked.

I can confirm this behavior. Terminology verification is broken since the SR1 update when the source/target segments contain multiple instances of the same term. I put in a ticket with our local supplier so they should at least know about it soon (and will hopefully work on fixing it).
