selçuk beyin de belirttiği gibi, *charging*in türkçe karşılığı *suçlama*. ancak buradaki *charging*in anlamı daha “kapsamlı”, zanlıya aynı zamanda susma hakkı da tanılıyor.
*caution* (uyarı) da bu durumda “söyleyeceğiniz her şey mahkemede aleyhinize delil olarak kullanılacaktır” oluyor....
