Could anybody recommend some useful resources for medical translators working from Spanish into English, specifically in Argentina. Anything at all would be useful, associations, libraries, dictionaries, forums, encyclopedias, events etc.
Thank you in advance!

http://www.tremedica.org/ is a Spanish-speaking medical translators' association with members in Spain, Latin America and elsewhere. It has an active terminology forum and some great Sp/Eng resources.
I thoroughly recommend it!
