Hi everybody,

Where online can i find a sample of a Canadian (Quebec) form for the constitution of a company, in English?

I think you mean articles of incorporation (not constitution). Mar 5, 2009

You could start here:

starting with section 123.11

There may be more in the relevant regulations (see Regulations tab at top of page).

You should also consul Termium - it will probably have a lot of terms.

The third page of the pdf was exactly what I was looking for and previously I spent one hour searching for it on the web.

Thanks PRen too, in fact, I usually translate Statuts by By-Laws or Articles of Association, but here I have a file translated by another translator with the word "Constitution".

And now I see that on Suzanne's link stands "Articles of Constitution /Articles of Continuance" so maybe this is a Canadian term?
