Не могу перевести деньги с пейпел. Перешла со Сбера на Райффайзенбанк, но добавить карту не могу. Есть ли приемлемая альтернатива пейпел? Клиенты - и запад, и восток.

Мне нравится Payoneer. Когда-то пользовалась Skrill, но потом заказчики перестали на него платить. Вопрос только в том, позволят ли эти системы выводить средства на российские банковские счета. Пока, наверное, позволяют. Но с другой стороны, а почему Пейпел прекратил? Его ведь можно было связывать с рос. банковскими картами и счетами? Было ли официальное какое-то объявление?
