I've always enjoyed studying Portuguese at school, but I thought it was just because it was my mother tongue and it was easy for me. Definitions aside, I found my path to translation the same time I reviewed promotional texts in Portuguese. I worked at an advertising agency in the financial sector, and I took a course in translation and started making room for what I really enjoyed doing - working with languages.
