material misstatement
"importancia relativa" is how the term "materiality" is rendered in Spanish. So it's understandable (albeit a bit confusing) that "material" is expressed as "de importancia relativa"
So: " .... that could lead to a material misstatement in the cash flow statement"
So: " .... that could lead to a material misstatement in the cash flow statement"

significant misrepresentation
It can be expressed much more concisely in English. I don't think you need to translate "relativa".

Discussion
'mistakes and frauds', I would use 'errors and signs of fraud'.
In accounting, 'mistake' is a layman's term. 'Fraud' is something that has to be proven by facts and circumstances, so one would look for signs, or indications of fraud. (singular, in this case)
"Estado de efectivo recibido y desembolsos efectuado"

Then, I think that "statement of cash flows" would be an appropriate translation for this term. Am I right, or not?
From Pantiba:
(to present) consistent financial information on the statement
Explanation:
of cash flows" me parece que es lo que quieren decir.
We considered the possible existence of mistakes and frauds as provided in the International Auditing Standard 315, that could lead to a relatively important misstatement of the Statement of cash received and disbursements made.
"Misstatement of the Statement..."?
