Summary Proceedings
I'm having problems fitting the last part of the section together, basically from IPC onwards. Any help would be much appreciated.
Could anyone clarify what 'misma'is actually referrring to here?

[thereof] of the rent until the end of the agreed term
As Álvaro and Cristina say in the discussion, "la misma" refers to "la renta". You could use "thereof", which removes your problem altogether, although I wouldn't do that here because the subject of "thereof" is too far away and makes it even harder to understand than the Spanish, having no gender to link them.
