bills and fees

The seb.lt webpage contains pre-configured bills (sąskaitos, monthly etc.) and "receipts" (kvitai - often used in connection with certain non-recurrent fees). If they're pre-configured it means they're popular and commonly (frequently) used between service providers and their customers.

Therefore, I would use "Common bills and fees" for the page title.

Or: "Common bills, fees and payments", if you think that pension fund contributions are really different than bills and fees
(but -- see http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/8276369.stm).
