I want to translate the last half as "we are engaged in a wide range of activities," but I can't think of a way to translate "キーワードに" into natural English. "With 'health' as a keyword" sounds weird. "Keeping health in mind" doesn't sound right to me.

I feel a more 'copywriters-inspired' approach should be used for this particular question, as this was posted under the 'Advertising / Public Relations' subject field. Correct me if I am wrong, but in this case isn't the client looking for more of a 'catch phrase' type translation, then a direct translation.

Lars, would it be alright for you to reverse your sentence and start with "We are engaged in a wide range of activities....?"
That way, you can be open to many more possibilities including using the word "keyword" as in:
We are engaged in a wide range of activities with "health" as the keyword.
