I've translated this
there is nothing in what is stated in this letter or in that there is nothing stated in it that constitutes a renunciation or detracts from any claim and/or right and/or claim that stands before our client according to any law,

but I think there may be a better way to say some of this.

agree Ron Armon : Yes - simply "omitted". Much clearer and more ellegant. (The only downside is that it differs from the source's style, which is "over-legalish" and non-ellegant... :-))
