Unless you are speaking about \"filming\" a video, it is all the same thing: the film used in a 35mm SLR camera is the exzact same film used in a 35mm movie picture camera. (Of course there are the cheaper 16mm cameras/film.) For video, it is video tape (butyou knew that.) There are other techniques and media used, but \"film\" is \"film\" no matter what is is used for.
