English term
pour on
I'm probably being insensitive. But she has to realize this is a pregnancy, not a New Age phenomena. All that thinking confuses her, but I can't be confused. There's not a confused bone in my body. I can see it's time for sensitivity. I've got to pour on the sensitivity
I’ve got to pour on the sensivity.
Cerco soluzioni per "pour on the sensivity". Grazie!

Feb 3, 2012 11:14: Fabrizio Zambuto changed "Level" from "Non-PRO" to "PRO"
PRO (3): Colin Rowe, Danila Moro, Fabrizio Zambuto
When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

To me, if your in a marriage where you have to constantly pour on the emotional connection stuff just to have a good sex life, it's time to find a partner that matches your same sex drive.

She teaches them to refrain from responding to behaviors they don't want to encourage, and to pour on the emotional goodies to reinforce the behaviors they're after - excellent lessons for these teens.

Discussion
Stinging jabs, tearful testimonies and impassioned pleas for a divided Republican Party to put an end to President Barack Obama’s presidency marked the final hours of one of the more topsy-turvy races in caucus history.
You pour cream on strawberries=metti panna sulle fragole (le copri con panna)
SHE:I feel like this has happened for a reason, the timing is… I can't tell you, it's like I've been wishing it without knowing it, like I asked for something and it happened.
HE: The cap didn't work.
SHE: But why now? I've been dreaming… I wanted it somehow.
HE: Well, the next time you're moved to put the cap in sideways, I wish you'd let me know.
SHE: Excuse me, I have to go to the bathroom.
HE: (apart) That was wrong. I can tell that was wrong. She didn't take it well, not well at all. It was supposed to be a joke. Maybe not a complete joke, some irony then to lighten the situation. I'm probably being insensitive...
Di sicuro non darle via libera...
