a vélelem felállítása után lehet kérdés, hogy mennyire megalapozott, elfogadjuk-e. Ha következtetésből/spekulatív vagy a külvilág/piac visszajelzéséből adódik, akkor is, de más okból is lehetnek lellene szóló, a vélelmet megdöntő(?), gyengítő érvek is.
