5. Continuing Security
Until determined by a demand made by the Bank or discontinued under Clause 6(1) below, this Guarantee shall be a continuing security for all the Principal's Obligations and shall not be discharged by any intermediate discharge or payment of or on account of the Principal's Obligations or any of them or any settlement of accounts between the Bank and the Principal or any other person and notwithstanding that the liabilities of the Principal to the Bank may from time to time be reduced to nil. No demand made by the Bank hereunder shall prejudice or restrict the right of the Bank to make further or other demands.
