Yo diría "con filtro".
Como dice Sonia, el filtro no es parte integral de la válvula. Es un elemento independiente que puede retirarse para su limpieza o cambio, pero que se instala dentro del cuerpo de la válvula. Tanto la imagen como el texto hacen hincapié en que el filtro debe estar en su sitio cuando se conecta la válvula (para evitar que ingrese suciedad al equipo y pueda dañarse).

: Yo usaría "con filtro incorporado". En el gráfico lo abrevian con inc., Además, integrado daría la idea de que es parte de la válvula, lo cual no va con su concepto, es algo adicional.
