Eu entendi que a Ferritina filtrada foi utilizada para ajudar a limpar a primeira imagem gerada 2D pela leitura do equipamento de forma que permitiu eliminar partículas sobrepostas para o refinamento em 3D. Parece que teve a função de um "branco" ou um auxiliar.

Como não consta o que está sendo analisado, não dá pra saber se a ferritina é um "branco" apenas, ou faz parte de algum outro processo mais complexo.

I have checked two:

In both these, "staring model" occurs, but only as a typo for "starting model".
