In other words, in the case of the change of name affidavit, it means that the change of name applies to everybody that would have, would have had (if they knew it) or will have the right to bear the new last name and that have not been named before in the affidavit

A mon avis il faut étendre aux membres de la famille sans se limiter aux descendants.
