Indemnity and liability
Nothing in the CONTRACT shall limit a Party's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents and/or sub-contractors, fraud committed by it or its employees, agents and/or sub-contractors, breach of any **obligation as to title implied by statute** or liability which cannot be excluded at law.
