Short note RE UK I think this is as close as you can get to the German collective agreement (ofc, it's Royal Mail in this case): http://glosamal.co.uk/Docs/Ill Health Procedure.pdf

Premium provision for occupational disability (Collective agreement 108)

PBU = Premium-Vorsorge Berufsunfähigkeit = Premium provision for occupational disability
https://www.continentale.de/berufsunfaehigkeit

TV = Tarifvertrag = collective agreement
Peer comment(s):

disagree Daniel Arnold (X) : The "premium provision" just isn't right, it's not what this means. What you think is "Premium" in German actually is "Prämie". Totally different.

Or 'incapacity to work'

https://medisec.ie/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Factsheet-Inca...

'Incapacity to work certification (Illness
certification)
GPs are often asked by their patients to provide certificates for (a) their employers or (b) the Department of
Employment Affairs and Social Protection (DEASP) in relation to their fitness to work. Although many of the
issues addressed in this article will also apply to occupational health physicians, this article focuses on GPs
providing certificates of incapacity to work for their own patients and identifies notable differences between
employer and DEASP certificates...'

Thanks, Brent!
disagree Daniel Arnold (X) : That is not an accurate translation. And "incapacity for" is wrong in any case.

Postal service disability retirement scheme

That's what a corresponding scheme in the USA is called. It's fairly similar to the German one (the German text provided by Björn, thanks, says "permanent disability"), so retirement scheme would suit.
